Edit, select and delete transactions
Tap a transaction to change it. Swipe it or touch and hold it for quick actions. Or select many to change them all at once.
Change one
- Tap the transaction in the list. Edit Transaction opens.
- Change what you need. Tap to save.
- To delete it, scroll down and tap Delete Transaction.
Quick actions
- When your bank already shows a row, swipe it to the right and tap Clear. A scheduled row shows Post instead. A row that waits for review shows Reviewed.
- Swipe a row to the left to Delete it.
- Touch and hold a row for more: Duplicate, Set Mark, Clear, Mark Reviewed, Find Match and Delete.
- Duplicate adds an exact copy to the list.
Change many at once
- On the Transactions tab or in an account, tap Select.
- Tap the rows you want. The bottom shows how many you picked and their total.
- Pick an action in the bar: Category, Status, Mark or Delete.
- Status offers Cleared, Uncleared and Mark Reviewed.
- Tap Done to stop selecting.
If you give many rows one Category, transfers are skipped. Split rows lose their parts: the full amount goes to the new category.
Reconciled transactions
Reconciled means you checked it against your bank's balance, and it's locked.
- To change it, touch and hold the row and tap Unlock.
- If you edit a locked row, the app asks first. Save Anyway unlocks it.
- If you delete a locked row, the app also asks. Tap Delete Anyway.
- See Reconcile an account .
If you delete many rows at once, locked rows are deleted too. The app warns you first. After that, your balance may not match your bank statement.
Good to know
- You can't undo a delete.
- If you delete a transfer, it goes away from both accounts.
- If you close the form without saving, the app asks before it throws your changes away.
